Description: Once the user has finished the hand signs listed above a mist forms either by being expelled from the user’s mouth or from body water. The mist moves at jutsu speed and covers an area equal to the jutsu range. The thickness of the mist can be controlled by the user for the duration of the jutsu but is unable to pick and choose what sections of the mist are affected by the change. Forcing the entire mist to be of the same density, all changes are done at jutsu speed.
Effects: Creates a mist of water covering a large area, restricting vision.
