Bing was standing at the entrance to the forest for half an hour waiting for the guy who she was supposed to escort into the woods. He arrived on a covered wagon being pulled by two deer. He was older than some of her clan's elders, with a wide, toothless grin. Kawasaki was his name, visual art was his game, and she was going to have to go and collect what he needed for this to kick off. He was obviously wealthy, and probably could have just purchased these things, but she was sure that she could gather them up. He handed her a list written in the finest of calligraphy. It called for the shells of gull eggs, berries from a brittle bark tree, bark from a bomber berry tree, and a wet leaf that you avoid stepping on because it looks kind of like a toad but then you realize that you were being silly and then you have to think about how leaves don't look like toads, toads look like leaves. She was pretty sure that she could find all of those things for him out in these woods.

She started to tap her knuckles against trees as she went, until one of them crumbled away. She reached for a lower branch off of that tree and plucked off a handful of its orange berries. She looked up and saw another tree. She picked up a small pebble and chucked it at one of the branches, causing several tiny explosions, with power and flare akin to the kind you'd give to children of the international day of blowing things up. Pieces of bark were blown off, and she then gathered those up as well. She turned around and saw a pile of leaves that looked like they had probably come from the bomber berry tree, but like, she was pretty sure she saw one of them move? But was that just the wind? She wasn't sure. She got down on the ground and poked the pile. When it didn't move, she nodded and grabbed one of the leaves, handling it very gently until she was totally sure it was not a little toad friend.

With all of the things she could get from trees gotten, she headed up for the lake, following the well marked paths that made her think that maybe that rich old man did not actually need a ninja on this mission. She found a cliff where she could see there were several abandoned nests, since the gulls had already started moving to warmer places. But she saw three men with casts on both arms. They were surrounded with fallen gull nests and were yelling in joy. "Uh, hi?" she said.

"Hey!" one of them called back. "What are you doing in WIGGLE ARM BOYY turf? Huh?"

"Just, looking for some old gull egg shells," she said, "And what are the uh, Wiggle Arm Boys?"

"WIGGLE ARM BOOOYYYYYZZZZ! We are eco-terrorists!"

"Oh, so you like the environment?" she asked.

"Noooo! We terrorize the environment! I'm Jerry Janky Joints, an elephant seal broke my arms. These are No Elbows Nancy, who had a tree fall on him, and that's Berry Broke Bones whose arms were shattered by a toad when he stepped on it thinking it was a leaf!"

Bing blinked twice, nodded, and grabbed one of the old nests full of old egg shells. She then ran up the cliff, using her chakra to walk straight up, then hiked down back to the old man.

"You took too long!" Kawasaki shouted when she returned with everything that he had asked for.

She sighed and asked, "Where is it in the forest that you need escorted?"

"Figured you were an escort, way you was dressed, need a ninja though," he grumbled.

She thought for a moment about grabbing a branch of those bomber berries and smacking him upside the head, but instead smiled brightly and said, "I am a ninja, sir, so, where do you need to go to make this master piece?"

"Other side of the forest," he said.

"We could have just started from the other side," she said, "I am pretty sure you actually had to go all the way around to get here-"

"Don't question my methods, you whore ninja!" he shouted.

She thought about his lips turning blue as he was taken in by the forever grasp of hypothermia, but just used that thought to put on a more genuine smile. As they went, he stayed in his carriage, locking both doors as they went. She was going to ask what she was even needed for, but as he started rambling about murder squirrels and bomber melons she was pretty sure she knew why. He was obviously crazy. Bomber melons are seasonal, and squirrels are famously good at heart. Because of that, it was not too hard to get there safely.

Bing started to talk to herself and count on her fingers what stage in this series of missions she was at. She somehow had to give him inspiration. He was staring at her and starting to venture out of the safety of his carriage like a floof weasel wondering into a potentially dangerous clearing. "So," she asked, "What inspires you?"

He laughed at her and said, "If I had that quick of an answer, I would just demand that thing! Find something to inspire me!"

She tapped her chin and said, "Well, I saw a gang of guys with broken arms trying to destroy the environment today. That's weird. That do anything?"

He spat on the ground. "I know about the Broken Arm Boiiz. I thought that everybody knew about them! You haven't inspired me, you've just informed me that there are terrorists nearby!"

She felt anger bubbling up inside of her, as if somebody was trying to boil liquid nitrogen. "I will show you something wild," she said. The old man started giggling wildly, looking up and down her body. But then she grabbed his hand and he was astonished. It was only a bit chilly outside. She had been moving around and staying active. And she was alive. But her skin was icy cold to the touch. "How is that possible?" he asked.

"I am a Yuki," she said, "we are cold." With that, he was suddenly inspired.

As Kawasaki took to his painting she heard some things rustling around. She did not believe that there were really any murder squirrels running around, but just to be safe she grabbed a branch of bomber berries just to be safe. There was no telling what all was out there, and she was not yet fully trained. In fact she was almost completely untrained, having been made a Genin more out of spite than out of respect for her abilities.

From the trees emerged three familiar faces. The Wiggle Arm Boiiiz were back, feathers in their hands with their casts removed so that their arms flailed behind them as they moved, which as every ninja knew, made them ridiculously fast. They moved in a V formation at her, but thanks to her perception she was able to catch what the real plan was. She saw them getting low, ready to leap up into the sky, soar over her head, and rain feathers down on the painter for revenge, since his paint was made from things that they were trying to break. Before they could get too far, she ripped off some of the bomber berries and tossed them up into the air. The first one to jump collided chest first with one of the berries and was blown back to the ground, landing on his two lessers. The feathers were all blown safely away, not a single one landing on the painter, which obviously would have completely disrupted his work, likely for good. And the village's lawyers did not want to have to deal with the suits that would come from ruining such a culturally valuable career.

With the terrorists taken care of, nature defended, the legal safety of Shikigakure secured, and the client kept free of falling feathers, it was time to get the horrid little man back to whatever opulent nonsense that he called home. "I need to go home and hang this one up in my private chambers!" he said.

"Not selling it?" she asked, sure that he must be doing whatever he is doing for some pretty intense profits.

He held the painting close to his chest and shook his head. "This one is for me," he said, "Once you have enough wealth you can do things just for yourself and not have to worry too much about it. He got in his covered wagon and they were on their way.

Not wanting to do a particularly long trip in awkward silence, she decided to ask a bit about the painting, seeing as she was the inspiration. "Do you mind if I see the painting?" she asked.

He thought for a moment and then shrugged and showed her. The painting appeared to be her, but far more endowed, wearing only a bikini made of ice to barely obscure her private bits. "Just tell me where you live," she said.

"In this wagon!" he declared.
