Description: This jutsu allows the user to make it rain. Each raindrop is coated with the user’s chakra allowing him to sense anything that the rain touches within the range of the jutsu. The jutsu starts at a point in the sky designated by the user and spreads out at jutsu speed from that point. The user is unable to tell anything but the location of objects with chakra in the area. They are not able to know that a kunai is flying through the air at them if they can not see it through this jutsu. Unless said kunai is coated with chakra.
Effects: User makes it rain and can sense any chakra within people or objects within the range of the jutsu.
