Description: As the name suggests, the user binds the opponent in a genjutsu, rendering them incapable of movement. This genjutsu can be used on more than one target at the same time. However, it's overall effectiveness is reduced for each additional target affected and each target requires an additional 50CP.
Effects: Immobilizes targets with equal or less strength to the power of the technique. This still requires a Genjutsu trigger to be successfully used however.
