Description: Using this technique causes a target or targets to be physically immobilized, as though they've been tied down with invisible steel ropes. Because it's a relatively simple technique, even genin should be able to perform it. However, the strength of the binding varies significantly from one's chakra level to the next.
Effects: Locks down the opponent for one post(Must visually see targets), preventing them from moving. This technique can be used on more than one target; however, overall power is divided evenly for each target it's used on. Similarly, for each target it's used on, the user must pay the same chakra depending on the jutsu's rank.
