Description: The Surface Walking technique(Tree climb & Water walking) is intended to walk upon surfaces normally physically impossible. This technique involves focusing a fixed amount of chakra to the bottom of one's feet, and using that to climb a tree without using one's hands, or walk upon water. If the stream of chakra is too weak, the user will lose their footing on the surface and fall. If it is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the surface.
Effects: Allows the user to walk on solid surfaces.
