Description: This technique is useless on its own: however, with a set-up technique that creates meteors, this technique shines. After the user claps their hands, rubber chakra coats their hands and extends in the direction they point. This rubber string attaches to meteors in the air and brings them down at any desired angle, at frightening speed. additionally, if handseals and chakra are paid in advance, the user may channel more lava chakra through the rubber to bolster the attached meteors by an extra jutsu's power worth(Specific jutsu for such a scenario).
Effects: Attaches a rubber strong to meteors and slams them down swiftly.
