Shinja Clan/Jagan Eye

History: The Shinja clan has fought beside the Senju clan since before the founding of Chozogakure. They were the first clan to decide to join the Senju in creating the village. Their leader and founder Kain Shinja was a brutal man at the time and had no love for the Uchiha clan. One of the higher members of the Uchiha clan killed his younger brother in an assassination mission to try and destroy their leadership and create a crack in the friendship that they shared with the Senju clan. However, this only served to pull the two clans closer. A fact that Remuru Senju the first Chozokage took full advantage of. He knew that the clan had hatred towards the Uchiha and used them to further his own goals in the coming wars.

It was years before the Shinja clan realized what was happening. While their clan was growing weaker due to clan members being killed on dangerous missions while the Senju only grew stronger with time to train members of their own clan. It was around this point that Kain Shinja was killed in battle during the one year war. He was getting old in age at the time and fell ill. He was unable to defend himself during a night assault on his camp. With the clan not having a leader for the first time in remembered history as Kain’s only child was still far too young to take over as head of the clan.

The shinja clan came together and voted on a new leader. Cole Shinja, who had no real hatred for the Uchiha clan and no strong friendship with the Senju clan either. The clan felt that he would be neutral in all dealing with the war that was coming on. Letting his people recover from Kain’s war of hatred. Cole was not a peaceful man growing up fighting in countless battles, but he was not a warmonger either and knew that it took time to grow an army. Under his leadership, the clan has started to flourish once more. Furthermore with the death of Remuru Senju pressure on the clan to fight for the village has fallen off. They still join the village ranks of shinobi and most make it to jounin either has sensory shinobi or combat shinobi.

For the moment inside of the clan, there is peace, but with peace comes politics. There is a part of the clan that wants to rise up and seize power in Chozogakure. Believing that they are the true power of the village. While some think that it is time that the clan leave the village and hunt for their own place to live outside of a waring village. While at the same time most people just want to keep living the normal life that they have grown accustomed to. Currently, the monthly committee meeting is more talks of where can they go VS why they should stay. Their have been a few members of the clan that has gone missing of late and rumor is that they have left the village and gone rogue. The Current leader Cole is trying to hush these rumors telling people that they are on a secret mission under his orders. While sending out hit squads after the members that have gone missing in secrete.
Extra Info: The Shinja clan is lead by a leader voted on two weeks after the current leader dies. The leader is in charge of all military action of the clan as well as picking targets that needs to go away. All other choices the clan makes are done by committee with the leader vote counting as two. The committee is made up of five members of the clan. Each of which belongs to a different walk of life. The committee meets up once a month to decide on what needs to get done for the clan to excel. At these meetings, they all sit at a rectangle table with the leader of the clan at the head of the table. Beside him is the committee member from the shinobi following in order, merchants, workers, and beggars, this way everyone that’s a part of the clan from the leader to the lonely beggar has a say in what direction the clan heads, as well as how to improve everyone’s life in the clan.
Appearance: Members of the Shinja clan tend to be on the short side with black hair the tends to have streaks of other colors. The most defining part of the members of the clan is that they have a third eye located in the middle of their forehead. Some cover the eye with a bandana or similar piece of cloth when out on missions or other activities outside of the village as it is a dead give away as to who to the clan they belong to. Every clan member that has learned the Dragon of the Darkness Flame jutsu. Has a mark of a Black Dragon flowing down their arm.
KKG/Ability: The Jagan eye Grant's the user several abilities. Most notably being remote viewing, Genjutsu resistance, and Demonic Energy Channeled from a demonic dragon of black flames, allowing the user to take on a demonic form. This form consists of green skin and multiple eyeballs. (will be made into a custom clan jutsu separate, and must be trained like all other jutsu)

Once the Jagan eye is implanted into the forehead of the user they gain access to these powers over time with practice. The secret of implanting a Jagan is known only by the Shinja clan, and is implanted shortly after birth before the child's nervous system has time to fully mature due to the immense amount of pain involved with the surgery. If it's performed on anyone above the age of 5 their power is cut in half. (All stats are cut in half and must be retrained)

Remote viewing through the Jagan’s eye is always active and is another reason why the surgery is done as a baby. Since this will allow them to grow up being used to having the ability to look at things from a different point of view while also seeing out of their own two eyes. The Remote viewing of the Jagan can not be stopped even with the eye covered. It allows the user to be able to look at something else while fighting or focusing on what they’re doing. Similar to having two screens close to each other and watching different things. To be clear, this will not supersede the Perception stat. Just because it grants them vision akin to the Byakugan, doesn't mean they can see everything that happens.

This allows them to fight someone looking at them through their normal eyes while having a second eye that can watch the fight from almost any angle. The Jagan eye can use its remote viewing ability to a distance based on their training. (E rank- 20m, D rank- 40m, C rank- 80m, B rank- 160m, A rank- 320m, S rank- 640m) Reduce this number and base it off of the Perception stat. 3 Meters per point in Perception(That's 150feet, plenty.)

The Jagans ability to resist genjutsu comes from their Remote Viewing ability. They are able to see the bulk of people's chakra inside both people and objects. Because of this, they can see themselves being affected by genjutsu. However this does not mean that they are able to immediately break out of the genjutsu, but if they have the ability to they can, know to use genjutsu release. This works even if they are asleep as while they sleep the remote viewing ability is still active, but while asleep it tends to stay positioned above the user. This is done so the user may have a chance to escape a near-death situation if asleep and can wake themselves up in time.

Finally, the Jagan’s last ability and the one it is most known for is its ability to channel the power of a demonic dragon long ago trapped in the pits of hell itself. Rumors says that Jagan’s eye is simply an implant from this dragon allowing it to see the mortal world and find it's way back to it. This ability simply allows the user to be able to use the clan’s secret jutsu. Including the jutsu, the clan is known and feared for the A rank Dragon of the Darkness Flames jutsu. Where the user summons a portion of the demonic dragon back into the mortal realm.
