Appearance:(Rei is a woman of idle beauty. She has to use no effort at all and still exudes an air of enchantment. Even among the women of her clan- whom are said to be some of the fairest maidens, Rei is considered beautiful. She got her looks from her mother, Ichika Terumi... Though her personality is alike her grandmother's. She stands at a modest 5'7" tall and weighs a healthy 130lbs. Her skin color is somewhat pale, but with a soft buttery sheen. Her figure is slender but quite "blessed" in her womanly charms- an hourglass figure of many men and women's dream. Her exact measurements are Bust:43.7, Waist:24.02 & Hips: 35.83. Her breasts are easily the size of a Jcup, but her clothing typically keeps this detail hidden.
Her hair is a very dark black, so deep that on some days, it could even be said to be shades of purple. Her eyes match her hair color, often black but can vary in shades of black to purple. Her eyebrows are somewhat unusual to most women, being a sharp angle. Alike her brows, her jawline is also quite angular. Given these details and her body dimensions, she is easily gazed upon as an exotic creature or even a goddess.)

Personality:(Rei is an exotic young woman by nature. She has many layers to her personality- which range from being innocent and cheerful, to sadistic and violent. The easiest method to gauge her layers is in a set of three. From mild to strong. Though these three stages can sometimes mix in the most bizarre of ways- this causes even her allies to be concerned around her.

Innocent: This is the top layer of her persona. This is the personality she uses around most people in general. She portrays herself as this popular and beautiful young woman. An angel as it were: whom likes to sing as a popular artist in her village. Because of her fan-service attitude, she has many followers and even a few stalkers. Her voice is quite good and she knows just how to excite men and women with small gestures that seem innocent enough.
Serious: This is Rei's second layer- which usually comes about in tense situations, or even on missions. This layer is borderline on both innocent and sadistic- which she shows mostly only to other shinobi during missions or fights for survival or dominance over others. The overall personality of this layer is innocent with a serious but intellectual paradigm. Tactics, calculations, best-case/worst-case scenarios. She thinks plans through in her head from many angles- from her own, to her enemies angles to determine the best method of attack, counter-attack and even ambushes. In this state, most morals are irrelevant to her. Be it if she were fighting naked, or killing a child.
Sadistic: The last layer of Rei is the truest of her nature, which she rarely shows to others. Generally, she only shows this side to someone she hates or thinks isn't worth the effort of pretending to be anything other than what she really is. She enjoys causing pain to others, mentally or physically. Despite this part of her, she does have a genuine part of her which cherishes things. The things or people she cherishes, she spoils to an unreasonable extent. Sometimes even as much as a psychopath or stalker. In her eyes, her loved ones can do nearly anything and she would love them regardless- even go so far as to help them commit crimes, just for the satisfaction of doing something "fun" with them. On the opposite of this, she is very possessive and violent. A yandere through and through.)

History:(Rei's history started a few years before that of her little brother's- Kuro Terumi. Unlike their father or her little brother, Rei had no intention of becoming a shinobi of the village, nor serving in the military system for Johogakure's mighty navy. Like all children growing up inthe village, she attended the shinobi academy and did her best to not stand out. That was hard in itself due to her young blossoming beauty. She had the attention of many men and women alike, but not the attention necessary for being a shinobi. Events like this happened consistently in her life, reinforcing her self-confidence that she was indeed quite beautiful. She learned how to use her beauty and womanly charms to get her ways and even avoided being initially recruited by the village's shinobi. "A woman of that beauty is better off having children, than dying a shinobi's death" she would often hear.

Although the thought of being seen as a baby machine annoyed her, she allowed others to think that way. She spent a few years learning to sing and dance to entertain people. Eventually she became popular in and outside of the village as a young songstress and performer. It wasn't until the death of her and Kuro's father, Captain Masamune Terumi, that Rei took a hard look at her future. Her baby brother felt the loss of their father as well. It wasn't until her brother decided to follow in their father's footsteps, that Rei decided to as well. She couldn't allow her little brother to suffer a similar fate and cause their mother more sorrow. She waited until her little brother graduated the shinobi academy and was granted the rank of Ensign, that she too signed up. Although now older, she started alongside her baby brother.)
